Agreed, green. They could have been buying them in the .07s, .08s, .09s. To think the CEO would intentionally take the price back down their just to let some of his cronies buy in is ludicrous. There's far too much money to be made here by doing this right than to tank your stock by intentionally misrepresenting facts in a PR. I just DO NOT buy that.

At this point, I don't buy it either. They've had plenty of opportunities to shake shares lose in the past month, since announcing their intention to buy 25% of the stock.

If there is a delay, I think we'll get a pr describing the reasons why by tomorrow evening. He's probably as anxious as anyone else to quiet down the penny crowd and realizes the audit will a long way toward achieving that.
