Arcturus—…there was a story about them in 2015 with the story that they expected to have a drug in clinical trials in 2016. On the merger webcast they are saying they will not be in humans for another 18 months to 2 years. If they have been so far off before why should I believe the new estimate?

You probably shouldn’t. Mangement’s performance during the Q&A of the reverse-merger webcast did not instill confidence, IMO; some of the answers seemed to be invented on the fly.
