I agree. I have worked with many state agencies and have the opinion that they will do what they will do when they feel like it. I, like many others was hoping they would act expeditiously, but that goes against common sense when it comes to state bureacucies.(ms?)
I know there are enough teachers out there to correct my spelling. LOL
