No you are wrong, Ed has wasted years. He didn't have a product that worked until recently. He had a full sales staff, numerous people with a title starting with a C and nothing that worked as a product. He had a huge office complex that he leased and we would see all kinds of contracts for our product and when it came time to deliver, he couldn't.

Our patent was all hype. Nothing that worked. Ed's luckiest day was when he met Eldad . He bought Eldad's company with myec stock and four years he has worked with his crew to get what we have today. It's because of Eldad that Ed got his contract with UBA.

Ed is a fantastic salesman and even today with the problems our company has he still has many loyal supporters who believe everything he says. I bet if you took a poll of myec investors most of them would say that Ed is doing everything he can. The reason we don't have fins is because of those mean auditors that scammed Ed.

Many will agree with me and the loyal will think I am saying untrue mean things so I can buy someone's shares cheaply. The truth is that no one wants to buy your shares.
