Conair Corporation is pleased to announce the formation of Conair Franchise Development Corporation (CFDC).
The organizational puppose of CFDC will be to franchise the Conair name and logo and offer through a franchise network HVAC services and sales. This will Include installations, maintenance and upkeep of all makes, models and sizes of air conditioning, heating, ventilation and refigeration equipment. Conair is working with United Franchise Group, out of West Palm Beach Florida to produce all necessary disclosure and operations manuals and documents. UFG is a leading franchise development organization with many successful franchises developed, including Signarama and SuperGreen Solutions. We anticipate to be ready to offer out franchises by the first quarter of 2018. We anticipate that CFDC will be acretive to both earnings and sales by the 4th quarter of 2018.
