ADXS shaved off weeks of a multiple month long process. Such idiots, right? or maybe they are increasing efficiency/profit potential!

I don’t understand what you are trying to say. If you’re suggesting that a 12-15-month lag between IND acceptance and dosing the first phase-1 patient is somehow bullish for the NEO program, I respectfully disagree.
