No one knows. There is a lot of guessing going on, some educated some not.
Some believe it has to happen before the 10th anniversary of the seizure (September 25, 2018), which could mean tomorrow or it could mean late September next year.

Personally, my focus is not on the FDIC but on the LT. The LT is responsible for any payments that may ultimately come to escrows. So I think that the next quarterly report from the LT, due late this month, will provide more insight. And there is always the possibility that there could be some event that is 8-K'd before that.
