If any, shouldn't TFA&B - being revolving - have a lower average PPS?

That contract was signed late 2014 when the share price was higher. Whereras loan 1+2 was signed mid 2015.

Dan did say in a CC

Yes, he was referring to TFA&B. That's what the question was about. Loan 1+2 are not revolving.

I've kept a half eye on the form t-trades the past few weeks. I have no idea if they indicate anything though

The funny part is, the first couple of T-trades went through for a price that was HIGHER than the daily range. Which could never be dumpage. If a third party hires a market maker to dump shares, you always get a price that is LOWER. Who knows, perhaps the shorts are trying to create the illusion of shares being dumped from China.

If the lender in China had been dumping shares then we would have seen a lot more and bigger T-trades. It's not a certainty but still a sign. And we would have seen market makers like BMAK which we haven't seen either. Which is why I say dumpage is coming from the other lender in the US. Could still be the shorts, who are manipulating all and sundry. But I don't think so.
