RD; Yes, that is the most amazing thing here. If shows that the BOD either is 100% incompetent, couldn't care one iota about short-term shareholders value, or that we are so deep in s**t that thay are unable to act.
It is tempting to conclude that collateral shares have been sold directly on Merkur, but if so then the holder of those shares should have shown up on the top shareholders - unless they were able to dump them very fast (or transfer them in smaller quantities like the steady increase we've seen on Merkur).
