Could be. Unfortunately, I do not think the dilution will end at 950 million. It's very expensive to produce the type of quality programming that is necessary to compete in the industry and issuing more shares seems the most viable way of raising cash. Curious to find out if Dressel scored some kind of cable deal. Also, anxious to see this new web site Liquid has been hinting at.
