The BOD is a joke, they are all friends and lackeys of Solomon or are paid off not to confront him. The CFO and CEO would have been fired a long time ago for this performance and failing to defend the stock. No management buying and all you get is platitudes and occaissional lectures about carrots, patience and sometimes the shareholders don't know what they are talking about. I know one thing, both Solomon and Dan should not be running this company, they are totally incompetent.
