The rented Phoenix 2902 W.Virginia Ave facility totals 12K feet..Within that, ERBB has released plans for eventually completing (10) grow rooms at 440 sq.ft. each, totalling 4400 max grow space if ERBB decides to finish all ten rooms. COO Pat Carrigan stated a while back that AG had revised GrowOp plans, significantly reduced initial 12k cultivation plan in lieu of a smaller boutique MJ facility that reduced financial (risk) expenditures..AG has yet to identify a Master Grower.
