You can keep saying it, but I don't believe it to be true. These are insiders who are expecting their remaining shares to increase in value, greatly increase more than likely. I would prefer they do it this way than like a "real" company by adding more debt, toxic and otherwise. It seems a smart way to go, IMHO.
