Dave the reason those stops signs go up on otc, they haven't provided any information. But that's fine cause there is plenty of information online.
Otc provides information on what the stop sign means. As it is stated
"it indicates companies do not provide disclosure. Publicly traded companies that do not provide information to investors should be carefully researched before making any investment decision."
