Ex-CEO of PRPM/SUTI--current MJVC President Luther Jeffries..

As everyone knows, Luther/Luke Jeffries/Jeffries/Jeffryes was installed by and supposedly run two of Eddie Vakser's tickers-- PRPM and SUTI. People on these forums discovered he was wanted on a felony warrant out of Washington County, NY where he was known to be living. Luther was arrested the day he supposedly "resigned" and spent a year in prison. Published news reports say the sheriff credited tips from people regarding Luther's involvement in Eddie's "Luxuriant Holdings"

Fast forward...

Many are convinced Luther has secretly posed as a member of Ihubs in order to manipulate these stocks both before and after his incarceration. The usernames are known and verifiable.

In addition to his attempts to promote this latest scam, a link was established via Facebook between him and the alleged new CEO William Miller-- an obese vendor at a flea market in Stuart, FL where Luther is known to have lived. The new, recently published SUTI phone area code (772) is in that same area. Both men also "Like" the newly created Protek Capital Group, Inc page which has made posts about a "new CEO" and "merger" similar to those on the new Sutimco page

Eddie uploaded an "amended annual report" to the Wyoming SOS website (Filed 8/16/17) once again naming "Luther Jeffryes--President" of "Marijuana Venture Capital (MJVC) Inc." The next day Eddie uploaded another document naming "William Lee Miller- President" of "SutimCo International Inc." Both filings use the same address (i.e. a mail slot at the registered agents office) and both document appear in the "HISTORY" of filings for "SutimCo International Inc." as "Marijuana Venture Capital (MJVC) Inc." is the "old name" of the company which Eddie changed on 2/28/17.

So with the link between Luther and William Miller established, it seems one must assume that Luther is once again in league with Eddie.

A look at Luther's Facebook page shows a long list of things he "Likes." near the top of his list are "Kratow" related pages. This is the new "natural opioid treatment" miracle cure that is touted on the SUTIMCO page:

Not sure if his affinity with such groups is a result of his stint in prison (where EVERYTHING is reportedly racial) or if it pre-dates that. Regardless, it's disturbing that the CEO/officer of public companies would publicly align himself with extremists and hate groups.

Remember, this is stuff that HE put out there for public consumption --in the same list of "Likes" as Protek Capital-- and STILL using the SAME webcam selfie he used while running both PRPM and SUTI.
