IMO, it depends on whether an MME is actually purchased.
Spending $3.5 mil on insiders for software and domains, imo, was ill advised.
In addition, it also appears that MCIG isn't signing construction contracts vs. staffing contracts....and isn't a good sign. "bidding" isn't good enough.

A break under .16 will leave support at .125, then a soft .10 followed by .08... .0258 is 52 week low on mcig.
