Cueva, PG and CZ have no intention of keeping the current shareholders..... your holdings will stay in the shell which will vend a different company into it, totally different industry...... PG and CZ are going to take the assets and go play somewhere else....

I mean, you did know it is a Nevada corp. and that they own the Preferred and control over 50% of the votes and that they can do pretty much anything they want, didn't you?
