Kevin Has always had a vested interest in ABHI because he was to own it , they reverse merged Voosh and Veloxum into it but got screwed by John Hwang . After getting screwed by John and ultimately chasing note holder and buying there shares on the side in order to regain control. He pretty much owns ABHI so to do the merge of Voosh and ABHI will be pretty fast imo
I said well why don't you be CEO I know investors have confidence in you and he said I'm getting too old for this , he said he will probably take it on for the interm in order to keep things rolling and give him time to find a good person to fill the shoes. He spoke about the court date too , he will debrief us on what happened. The guy is super busy its unreal. I think next PR will hit Hard.
