Rufus, just my opinion here:

1) Similar, only bigger
2) Don't know about Tom in a back office, but yes, more like this
3) A tight small team, run like a large Title Company, with Major Deals passing through it, with the revenue getting recorded and collected, maybe? lol
4) AM & Condo, if you are playing and traveling; The Mercedes & Home if you plan on growing up anytime soon... :)) Hope you get the choice! All the Best,


"Any ideas on what BVTK will look like in a year from now? Will it have a corporate headquarters with employees swarming throughout the building, going from department to department? Or will it be a small office with a dozen employees including a major sales person and a small staff, a back office and Tom and team putting together humongous corporate deals?

Is Tom's plan to create another Google or Amazon with square footage all over the place or will it be predicated on his expertise and contacts and remain a tight small team, similar to the way Trump operates?

I ask this because I'm curious what we're looking at down the road. Would like to envision it.
