Its not a bad return and definitely can't complain. Although the recent settlement will improve NTIP financial position (which is fantastic), I still have some concern regarding the deal. The total 40 million still has to be approved by the bankruptcy court and my prediction is that they only approve 25 million out of the 40 million.

The good news is that every company NTIP went to court with has settled with them and I'm sure it'll continue with Hewlett-Packard Company and Juniper Networks.

If they both settle this year...this stock will double easy!
