Anyone can be a moderator, provided they follow TOS. One hopes they also enforce TOS.
Opinion/sentiment of a company is not a factor.
I think 1 consideration is their "track record" on IHub....how well they have followed TOS in the past.
"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."
For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
