Yes. Discovery in this matter will be submitting the contracts in question, any emails or other written communication between ABHI and PC. Basically laying out both arguments. Also the lawyers will be giving the court a list of folks to be interviewed under oath. This is where both sides get a glimpse of what the other side has up their sleeve. Typically in these matters things should progress very quickly after this hearing.
