The republican obstruction of obamacare is a large reason it is having trouble. Cutting off funds, destabilizing the insurance market due to inflicted uncertainty, etc. are in the republican lap, while bleating about the results of their damaging moves.

To protect themselves from the republican turmoil, insurance companies jack up the premiums even more to cover themselves... as usual the republicans are a big part of the problem and never part of the solution.
