We got soup to nuts 52 W highs

IFX WMT MMM RJF IRF MBI

We had 8 months to from post 9/11 decline turnaround until S&P crashed and burned in 5/02 with little to show in pot about recovery prospects. Duration of 03/03 rise not over and done as long as your so called hot money can chase shorts who assume we are entering seasonal weak period.
