the rules for money makers and retail are two entirely different subjects. it is the job of the market maker to "make a market" - and is what they do sometimes really sketchy looking and at times as shady as slim - hell yeah

But it is definitely not the job of retail investors to "make a market" with their other retail stock holding chums - the legal definition is conspiracy to commit fraud
