Certainly a robust and well done website is important. I do agree with you on this. I'm sure the company appreciates feedback and your post a week or two back with recommended changes was perfect for them to sift through.

With that said, Rory has mentioned before that the website isn't running at full capacity. I believe there will be a revamped site and that their time is best served elsewhere right now. Essentially, this product was just launched in the past couple months. They have time with the website. Many people using it were just testing, etc.

I think once a large marketing and IR firm is hired, you will see a crisp, clean website before that large national push.
