they were the cause of the loan being called no doubt. king and clowns signed the agreement. to tie oxford to any shenanigans is ridiculous. at this point it's nonsense given 5 yrs have past so it's no longer relevant to discuss. king had 5 yrs to deliver and company has gone nowhere since 2012.
