JB and ZJMY Holding Co (JBZY)

Is it possible that while JB&ZJMY is going through the approval process with FINRA for a new ticker symbol they need not file any further information yet... there are those who've spoken with our IR man who's apparently told them once the ticker's approved, plenty more would be revealed... I'll take my chances, wait and see what develops here with DOLV/JBMY?

Richard seemed unsure when I emailed him this question regarding withholding news until ticker change. We will see though. Either way I see this company as a good investment.
