Got to be a good reason why they've decided to call it a HOLDING company which if you'll recall Overstew was changed to that and apparently not their original name choice... I don't believe Mr. Wang does anything without calculation and intent... seems that's the way he grows his businesses and any smart entrepreneur needs to have that kind of thought/activity process...

Like I've said before, Mr. Wang is well known throughout China and now he's making his world debut by going public with what I believe will become his 'Shining Star': JB&ZJMY HOLDING COMPANY, INC.
