Cooked books. Have you taken a hard look at the books? All you know is what they told you. This is a pink, alternative reporting company. They can get really creative with the numbers. Like I said, I went out and tried to find the product at two of the dealerships they claimed to have set up contracts with and I could not find them. If I can't find the products themselves, then the books are most likely cooked.
