They got $250k for 1/3 of the company.

That isn't enough to accomplish anything considering they have extensive legal bills.

Real financing doesn't include a no name lender giving money with unknown stipulations.

That's called a scam.

As for Dan doing more...
In 2 years Scott had over a dozen holes drilled on nemegosenda and drilling on ST. He had all the cores assayed, and a 43-101 for both nemegosenda and ST.

In 2 years Dan has drilled 4 holes in the wrong place and added those holes to the 43-101 done by scott
And given away shining tree
And sold up to half the company for penny's on the dollar.

Scott may be a scammer but he wasn't stupid.
Dan the dumbass can't even understand the ethics of using other people's money.
Scott ripped people off with intent. He succeeded in his goal.
Dan ripped people off by being stupid and risking people's money on a pinksheet.

As much as I hate Scott he has 10x the smarts Dan has.
