Why didnt Tom and BVTK initiate a share buy back instead of spending money trying to acquire another company at this time? I understand the "you have to spend money to make money" concept, but the O/S is bloated and needs relief and imo would benefit the company more by looking more attractive to future investors. Shelling out money when you're not bringing in substantial revenue is spending beyond your means (at this point and time). And this is a non-binding Letter of Intent so all it shows right now is a "want" to purchase Helpcomm where more shares will be issued to help facilitate this potential acquisition. School me in this because I dont understand the in's and out's of how this aspect work.
