I wonder if it has anything to do with this poster from another site

Anecdotal evidence of failure on Amazon too.

There is only 1 CCB review on Amazon in the last 8 days. There used to be multiple reviews daily. All the negative reviews seem to be turning former or potential customers away.

Did not get what was promised. We were supposed to get a variety pack of 2 bars each flavor. Instead we got 6 birthday cake and did not notice there was no variety until we consumed 2 already. Very disappointed.

Another interesting metric comparison

Amazon reviews show there are 1,120 positive reviews and 465 negative reviews on CCB overall both verified customers and non-verified which is nearly 3:1 positive

Since August, the past 41 reviews only 10 are positive and 31 are negative which has flipped the former ratio

3/4 reviews on Amazon are negative on CCB since August.

Very telling.

The percentage of negative reviews on bb.com is even higher at over 80% negative.
