My own personal opinion on this stock:

1. Released August 2016. The Android application released in 2016 title "Best Title Deal" has had 0-50 installs. At current time this application does not install on any android devices.

2. November 2016 They released news stating they were expanding on the above released application to the Iphone. Title Kings released a few mockup screenshots of this application but as of today has still not been released.

3. Title King Loans Website Built 2017. The website is a bare bones limited functionality website where the "Contact" Page is not prominent nor readily noticeable more than likely for a reason. If this was a thriving business the contact information would be extremely prominent. Reference/Competition site "https://www.titlemax.com/title-loans/";

4. Press Release. Title kings did in fact release a partnership with ONCI and released a statement to this fact however from my findings I do not see where ONCI has released the same statement as working with NECA.

The stock has experienced an awesome rally whether it be a pump and dump or a legit run.

Always do your own DD on what you invest in.

GLTA if this does continue to run I hope he brings news for the longs.
