Are you implying that WHIH is entitled to any of the legacy assets of the WMI Estate?

I don't believe so since WMIH is a new entity, essentially separate from WMI.

Also, as stated in the LTA, the WMILT owns the Assets of WMIIC and WMIH the Equity.
