jolyn...The only way to prove this has been short sold by UBS in Berlin, would be to get hold of the trading information from thar exchange. I'm guessings that would take a German court order....Although it is obvious by the extreme drops of XT6.----AVTX didn't follow XT6 down as quickly because we were buying on all the dips.__I'm wondering if those shares sold on the dips would correspond to the number of shares UBS might need?
