I haven't defended heartily or otherwise. I thought and think the press releases and website are misleading at best and at worst outright lies. I thought and think they bungled the lawsuit and generally I think Tmmi has been mismanaged by people who have no idea what they are doing.

I did think new management might make a difference. Looks like I was wrong there.
