The warrants will be held over common equity holders until the last minute to keep the share price contained. Hedge funds and MMs love screwing retail shareholders as much as possible for cheap shares. They will use the media to post fear mongering articles to scare retail about the warrants.

I did not overlook this. The government knows there are major implications to executing the warrants. They will never get executed. Best to ignore that part, and buy while low.
