You can try to wait for .15 (I think you may have a better shot at .16 or .165). But if you see some heavy buying at the Ask, IMO you better go for it.

Besides a week ago I was thinking under .10 is a steal, now I think under .20 is a steal.

IMO in three months, I could be thinking under 2 dollars is a steal!
