My assumptions is it would be a briefcase if cash is what's being exchanged. If not I see the transactions of money actually being done during normal business, regardless of the closing date. I actually closed on my house on a Sunday. Had a notary show up to my house with all the paperwork. Loan was not processed until 4 days after signing!
