Thats because brokers don't care what sign otcmarkets.com has up and he knows that...he did that filing today to make you guys happy cause for some reason traders care about that sign...but now the company is dark and defunct with the SEC and James seems to think that is good cause now he just has to file what otcmarkets.com wants him to file not the SEC...lol...awesome whatever...had about enough of this guy I hope it goes to the moon for you all...now he doesnt even have to file but Im sure he will put up the filings otcmarkets wants to make them happy and pay their dues to do it so they'll drop it to a yield sign and maybe current once he files the quarterlies and annual reports and attorney letter...great good job James always doing whats best for shareholders...lol...
