Did Gill get back to you because he doesn't answer mine. The lawyer that put us on notice that failure to provide a copy of the letter to shareholders amounts to an intentional effort to deny shareholders and conceal from them material information necessary to decide the sale of our stock.
If the representations are false they could subject the company and shareholders to liability having a material effect on the company stock price. I'm going to put a letter together to send to the attorney and I was wondering if anyone else would like to put their name on it. We need to stick together in order to get the funds we deserve.
