no,there are still more steps in the process.
the ppc has asked for comment from mard on the proposal so more paperwork and procedures can move forward.
one such dossier is the importation documents.
moving forward with land use certificates.
biosafety


when we see these comments from mard,i think it will be fairly obvious where this is headed,if not already.
