Sorry for delayed response as we've been busy with fall catalog and some personal stuff. In short; We're finishing up with reply to the SEC comments with Auditors and looking to edgerize them very soon.
Because I was on my own taking over MXMI as no attorneys would touch it there where issues that had to be ironed out and have been by our team.
