Commenting on penny stock scams like ROTH is always worthwhile if it helps to save even one college fund from being squandered, avoids a forced return to work from someone previously retired, or prevents a repossession of a family home.

I've seen each of these (and worse, including divorce and at least one suicide) result from unsophisticated would-be "investors" listening to the "management" and their supporters on shadowy unlisted stocks like ROTH.
