The answer I got about SF from RO was that in China there is no copyright protection or enforcement - thus the use of name and likeness would not receive cease and assist notification. I hope that your source is correct. I posted about this a couple of times and there seemed to be no interest. Someone who has the ability to communicate could contact them?
