Yep, they haven't filed anything since 2013, 2014 needs re-auditing because they had a shifty accountant that basically printed whatever Schena dictated, which, was false information, and, was the reason Schena chose the scumbag...of course, multiple lawsuits, judgement, delinquent payments on judgements, liens, convertibles, etc, are also red flags..
