Maybe the SEC suspension has something to with convicted boiler room scammer Sandy Winick. One of his dumped worthless shell companies was Nadir Energy which was the supposed majority share owner of Grand Pacaraima Gold. Grand Pacaraima Gold is now BITCF.

And at one time, BITCF (when it was Gran Pacaraima) used Winick's transfer agency. Back in the day, Greg Rubin knew a lot of unsavory penny people. While that probably wasn't the chief reason for the suspension, it would have been a red flag.
