@H2004: I dunno about Ayrton. The problem is that DCTH could choose the date of ownership for the vote correct? So why would they choose July 13 if it was just one day prior to Ayrton's vote counting: unless they knew they would vote NO? Might that be why Ayrton ended up selling at a loss? Very confusing and suspect IMO. I know that DCTH announced over 490M shares outstanding as of July 11 so I am not sure of your calculation regarding voting rights for Ayrton.
Again, I can't figure this situation out - but I strongly feel the SEC should get involved as the whole situation reeks of fraud. We'll know soon enough.
