Dew, Thanks again for uncovering the option scam by GENR in the "late" mailed supplement to the proxy. I had\ already voted 3 accounts before receiving same., and assume many others also did; and many may never have seen it. The unethical ":end around play" to reduce shareholders ownership (and equity) while maintaining options ;could lead to a jump in "insiders" less than 1% current ownership in the co.to over 22%; which along with a few piper buddies gives them MAJORITY CONTROL AND OWNERSHIP OF GENR.
